Beyond the fact that I worry about anyone who would be swayed into purchasing anything Kim endorses, the rest of us have to abide by the law and clearly denote sponsored posts and Tweets. Socialites have to follow the law too, no matter how big their as is or how big an ass they are.</description>

This is the perfect case for FTC to use as an example of what happens to people who don&#039;t follow their guidelines--to let her get away with not disclosing on such a large scale is an insult to every other blogger/tweeter who takes it upon him/herself to disclose everything. If they do nothing, they are setting the tone for nobody to take the guidelines seriously.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And I&#039;m with you-any company that thinks paying her $10k for a tweet is too stupid to earn my money.</description>
