Feel free to use this free FBML Facebook Fan Page Template! Spruce up your business presence on Facebook with this easy to follow tutorial and template! If you have a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS or a professional web developer you can easily create a killer conversion page on the most popular social network on the net.

(be sure to create a business page on Facebook by following the instructions in this video first)

Tutorial

1. Click this link to add the FBML application to your fan page.

2. Once back on your fan page’s wall, click the “edit page” link below your profile picture.

3. Once in the editing area of your page, look for the FBML application and click “edit”

4. Add a name for your page and then copy and past your FBML code or the template code.

FBML template code can be  download here. (right click the link to the left and save to your hard drive) or copy and paste the code from the syntax highlighter below.

This code can be easily edited in Notepad or the HTML editor of your choice (I prefer Taco or Notepad ++).

Each section is commented to guide you on what you should change to customize the images and links so even if you don’t know HTML, it should be easy to customize.

5. To add the template to your page, copy and paste the code found on the below into the edit window of your FBML application on your fan page like the image to your left. Then, to view your new custom tab on your fan page, go to the main page of your fan page and click the “+” tab to the right of the tab menu, select the link in the drop down that reads the name of the FBML application of the custom tab you just created.

6. Once your tab is on your page, you can ensure that new visitors land there first by going back to the “edit settings” and selecting the page from the drop down as the landing page.

NOTE: This template is provided freely to you on your business or personal Facebook Fan Page as long as you maintain the links to Sacrilicious in the footer and preserve all copyright information contained in the code. Should you want a non copyrighted version of a template or a fully customized professional page, please consider our Template ($19+) or a Custom Fan Page ($295+) . Our templates are now compliant with the expected changes in Facebook’s page width to 520pixels and come in single and multi tab layouts see here.
